a student of obtainclear image of Window Bars on a screen with the help of a convex lens but in order to have the best images teachers suggest him to obtain the image of a distant tree where will the lens has to be moved in order to maintain a clear image

Dear student,

As you can see in a ray diagram , the rays from the nearer object are focus at a further distance from the lens .As the object distance increases , the point where rays are focussed moves towards the focal point of the lens .For parallel rays (object at infinity ) the rays are focussed at the focal length .
Rays from the grill and windows are focussed at point A .
For the distant object like a tree in here the rays are focussed at point B .the lens has to be moved towards the screen to obtain a sharp image of the tree .
For an object at infinity the image is formed at the focus of the lens and the lens has to be moved again towards the screen to obtain the image .
