A triangle ABC can be constructed in which angle B=60degree. angle C=45 degree, and AB+BC+AC=12cm. Is this statement true? Justify your answer.

yess this statement is true.....here is the proof

draw line XY = 12 cm

At X construct angle as 30 degrees by bisecting the angle 60 degree

at Y construct angle 22 1/2 degree by bisecting 45 degrees

when these 2 lines intersect name the intersection point as A

then take the perpendicular bisector of AX to intersect at a point B on the line XY

similarly draw the perpendicular bisector of AY to intersect at a point C on the line XY

join AB and AC

triangle ABC is the required triangle
