2) time taken to cover the distance

time taken to cover the distance is (distance/speed) = 100/80 s
                                                                                   = 1.25 s (Ans.)
Acceleration = 2 * {distance-(initial velocity*t)}/time2  
                      = 2 * {100 - 0}/1.25 m/s2                                          [initial velocity = 0]
                      = 2 * 100/1.252  m/s2
                     = 160  m/s2 (Ans.)
