Hi,

(A' U B') is read as A complement union B complement
The method of finding (A' U B')
First find A complement (i.e A')
Then find B complement (i.e B')
List all the elements from the above sets and luar the set

Example
U = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10}
A = {2, 3, 5, 7}
B = {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}
A' = {1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10}
B' = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9}
(A' U B') = {1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10}
