Therefore, length of wire = perimeter of square = 4 × (side of square) = 4 ×12 = 48 cmNow, the same wire is bent to form a regular hexagon
 A regular hexagon has 6 equal sides
Thus, perimeter of hexagon = length of wire = 48cmOr, 6 × (side of hexagon) = 48Hence, side of hexagon = 48 ÷ 6 = 6cm
