Aaccording to muslim traditions , What do you mean by " messages " ?

a. As per the Muslim traditions messages implies revelations which God made to Prophet Muhammad.
b. They were made between 610 and 632, first in Mecca and then in Medina.
c. These messages were sent to Prophet Muhammad and were complied around 650.
