According to my point of view black paper will absorb more light
So, I think that indirectly the leaves will be in contact of
sunlight Why wouldn't we have used white paper as, white cloths
reflect sunlight

no , u r wrong
only the black paper absorbs the sunlight not the leaf the
sunlight dosent transfer after being absorbed
so the only differnence between white and dark paper is the
absorbtion of light in the black paper but that dosent mean the
leaf absorbs the sunlight absorbed by the paper
therefore it dosent matter what color ur paper is , the result
is the same
