According to Pablo Neruda ,what is it that human being can learn from nature?
Pablo Neruda's poem "keeping quite" is a poem of introspection, tranquility and serenity. The poet urges the readers to enjoy the moment of stillness and introspection. The stillness should not be confused with stagnancy. To substantiate his request he gives natures' example to readers. While the seed lays latent within earth, it seems dead, it is thought to be a dead fruit. But the same seed gives birth to a sapling, which grows and prospers earth again. The nature in its silent moments is not dead, it is only getting ready to give birth to something new. The sudden morbid atmosphere and absence of wind is only a warning for a greater storm to come. Thus should readers learn from nature.
