Alcoholic content in whisky is more than in beer, although both are made using malted barley and yeast. Give reasons.

Alcoholic content in whisky is more than beer although both are formed by fermentation of barley by yeast because after fermentation is carried out whisky is formed by carrying out distillation due to which it contains more alcohol content but in forming beer distillation is not carried out therefore the content of alcohol is less.
