altough sole propetiorship business is the most traditonal business but still it is not perfect expln the statment

The sole proprietorship form of business is not perfect. This can be understood in the form of its limitations:

• The capital is limited in the form of just personal savings and borrowings. 
• There is no specialisation for various managerial functions. 
• The .liability of the proprietor is unlimited. 
• Such situations as death, bankruptcy, etc. may even lead to closure of the business.
