An owl can rotate its head at 360? 180? 90?

Owls have fourteen vertebrae bones in their necks( twice as many as humans) which gives them more flexibility so that they can rotate their heads and necks as much as 270 degrees in either direction. They do this because they cannot move their eyeballs at all in any direction.
