In humans, the cleavage of cells takes place unequally which means that the cleavage doesn't divide the cell into 2 equal parts. The unequal cleavage is based on the amount of yolk present and the distribution of yolk. This type of cleavage is known as Holoblastic cleavage. 
 The superficial and discoidal cleavage are essentially types of meroblastic cleavage. Meroblastic cleavage is the form of cleavage seen in eggs that have a high amount of yolk distributed unevenly concentrated at the vegetal pole. 

Therefore answer to question 7 is Option 4 - Holoblastic and the answer to question 8 is Option 2 meroblastic.
