1. Lactational Amenorrhea Method or LAM is a natural and most effective method of contraception (prevention of unwanted pregnancy). It is only adopted by the women who have just given birth. By breastfeeding the infant fully for six months, unwanted pregnancies can be avoided. Continuous lactation prevents the menstrual cycle to return to woman which reduces the chances of getting pregnant by 99%.
3. Implants are the device that is put under the skin that eliminates the use of contraceptive pills on daily basis. It contains the hormone progesterone. The progesterone hormone is released at a slow rate into the blood, which prevents the release of ova from the ovary. It also forms thick mucus plug in the neck of the cervix to prevent the entry of sperm into it.
4. There can be many reasons for infertility like age, smoking, alcohol consumption, obesity, eating disorders, over-exercising, not exercising, STD's, mental stress, exposure to some chemicals, infection of any part of the genital system, problems in any part of the genital system, etc.
