Are we not suppose to leave any line before writer's name while writing an e-mail and notice ? Please reply as soon as possible.........

Kindly go through the format provided in the writing section of your study material. We would also like to inform you that different schools insist on using different formats. It would therefore be better, if you confirm the same from your school teacher.

Yes. After the body of both email a line has to be left. then regards and name has to be written.

notice, a line has to be left after finishing the body. Then name and designation

But in study material it is provided that no line is to be left in end while writing writer's name where as line is to be left whlie writing the same in message , informal letter and formal letter..............therefore i m still not satisfied by your answer @karan rather i m getting more confused............
