As i am girl i think that the mentallity of our society is so worst as possible. people only thinks that the women are made only for kitchens they are only for house holding. but they didnt know that a women runs three houses or plays three important roles in our society as she plays a role of daughter after marriage a wife and giving birth to a baby she become mother. so the womens are the most important part of our society. as we can see in the field of sports the womens participitation is much less than that of mans .. anybody knows the reason behind it..??? okk know i am gooing to tell you the reason. the reason is that the less popularity less spectators less media coverage or less motivation or less confidence, there were many other reasons by which womens are influencing. the gender .. means this is girl or this is boy.. the backward area peoples or the peoples who are living in the villages think that why they are wasting the  money by giving education to the girls? they dint gave proper education to the girls they think that they can save that money and used that in their marriage...and many other reasons were existing which are responsible for women empowerment.... thank you thats all my views..
