At what stage does the formation of nuclei at two poles take place. Explain with diagram.

Dear student,
Replication of chromosome occurs during s phase of interphase and the chromosome separate to opposite poles during prophase in mitosis with the help of cohesin protein. So, formation of nuclei occurs at opposite poles. It also occurs during prophase I and prophase II of meiosis.
