briefly explain wat is anode mud????

During the electrolytic refining process, anode (which is made up of impure metal) undergoes reaction in which pure metal is deposited at the cathode, leaving impurities behind. The soluble impurities go into the solution, whereas, the insoluble impurities settle down at the bottom of the anode and are known as anode mud.

The particles which aren't soluble in water remain at the bottom in the container when the process of electrolysis is done. The kinda particles are known as anode mud.

Hope it helpz :)
