calculate de broglie wavelength of an electron and a proton having same kinetic energy of 100 eV

λ  = h/√2mE

where E = kinetic energy

m =mass of  the particle

h= Plank's constant = 6.63 x 10-34

E = 100 eV  =100 x 1.6 x 10-19 J

m =9.1 x 10-31 kg in case of electron while it is 1.67 x 10-27 kg in case of protons. After putting all these values you will get the wavelength for electrons and protons.
