Calculate NNP(FC)

Sales 21,000
Change in stock 9,000
Depreciation 2,000
Wages 7,000
Compensation to employees 3,000
Profit 3,000
Interest 1,000
Rent 1,000

@Sourav, although you made a nice attempt, but committed a calculation mistake in the second step (precisely while adding).

NDPFC = Compensation to Employees + Operating Surplus + Mixed Income
NDPFC = Compensation to Employees + (Rent + Interest + Profit) + Mixed Income
NDPFC = 3000 + (1000 + 1000 + 3000) + 0
NDPFC = 8,000

NNPFC = NDPFC + NFIA = 8000 + 0 = 8,000
so, NNPFC = Rs 8,000

  • -2
NDP fc By Income Method=
3000 (compensation) + (1000+1000+3000)(operating surplus)
= 5300

NNP fc = NDP fc + NFIA = 5300
