can a non metal liquid for example bromine conduct electricity when impurities such as nacl is dissolved in it?????????????

Yes, bromine is the only liquid non-metal known at room temperature. This compound conduct electricity only when its react with some other elements like metal ( Na). due to which ions of Br are produced which can conduct electricity along with Na ions. But still Br is a non-metal thus its conduct electricity to very small extent.
