can a women with a blocked fallopian tube give birth to a child?

Women with blocked tubes can't get pregnant naturally because sperm cannot pass through to meet the egg, but blocked tubes have nothing to do with her ability to carry a child and to give birth. She will likely need surgery to try to unblock the tubes or IVF to get pregnant, but she can carry a child and give birth.

The tubes also have nothing to do with menstruation. The menstrual cycle is governed by hormones regardless of the state of her tubes.
