can any body give me a paragraph with points on assesing a good source of energy

A few points about a good source of energy - 

1. It should be available in plenty and the resource spread as evenly as possible throughout.

2. It should be relatively easy to acquire and put to use for required applications.

3. It should have minimum environmental impact in every form - procurement, usage etc..

4. It should have a higher calorific value which would increase available energy content.

5. It should be efficient and cheap to acquire, install and use it .
