Can i ask somethin' ??? Why is it easier to hold a school bag with wide straps than the one with thin strings??? Pls help me it's pretty urgent ...I've got my assessments

It is easier to hold the school bag with broad straps than by thin strips because in a bag with thin strips, the weight or force of the bags acts in a smaller area and thus pressure is greater.

But in a bag with broad straps, the weight or force of bag acts on a larger area, and thus reducing the pressure considerably.
