can joint venture be formed between more than 2 companies

Yes, off-course, infact, why not?? Joint venture can be formed between more than two companies. A recent newspaper article confirms this statement of mine. Few days back, in the editorial page, I read about DRMC (Delhi Metro). Do you know it is in joint venture with seven other companies namely, ​PT Pamintori Cipia, Padeco and Oriental Consultant, Lambaga Management, PT Public Private Partnership from Indonesia,PT Ernst and Young Advisory Services, Seneca Group and PT Indotek Engineering Jaya.
