Can someone explain me bhakti movement? Please do elaborate...

 BHAKTI IS A PERSON'S DEVOTION TO HIS OR HER CHOSEN DIETY.IT COMES FROM A SANAKRIT TERM 'BHAJ' WHICH MEANS TO DIVIDE OR SHARE. ANYONE WHETHER RICH OR POOR, BELONGING TO THE SO-CALLED HIGH OR LOW CASTES CAN FOLLOW BHAKTI.

bhakti movement is the new way of the worship .it means the devotion to the particular diety.during the post vedic era some diety became famous i.e.shiva,vishnuand godesses like durga.this inclination towards the dieties came to know as bhakti movement.
