No, we can't have an element with atomic no. 1.5 coz atomic no. of an element can only be a natural no. since they increase by 1. Hope you undrstood................

An element's atomic no is equal to the no of protons it contains..

As an atom can contain only contain natural no of protons so an element with atomic no 1.5 isn't possible..
