Can you please give me the format for an advertisement?

First of all, make a box like outline. Give the heading at the top. Then write some caption. Draw pictures of the source of the advertisement. Give some offers. Write the contact information. Give date of sale/ price/ time/ etc. At last, write * T C apply in the write hand side of the advertisement.
