Can your narrate the duck and the kangroo as a story

Such questions need to be attempted on your own to test your creative writing skills. However, these points might help you elaborate:
 - The poem 'The Duck and the Kangaroo' can be narrated as a story.
- Give an introduction and make it interesting to grab the listener's attention: 'We have all enjoyed listening to stories involving animals as characters. Today, I bring you such an engaging story about two friends: a duck who yearns to see the world and a kangaroo who can hop about and help his friend see the world!'
- Then, use two different voice tones to speak the parts of the duck and the kangaroo, use a 'quacky' voice(like Duck Scrooge) and a deep guttural voice.
- You may use some background music (played on a phone) to bring another interesting element to the story.
- The summary of the poem is given below for your assistance:
This is a humorous poem with nonsensical words and expressions that describes a duck and a kangaroo getting ready for a pleasure trip.
The Duck is amazed at how the kangaroo could jump non-stop over fields and water. He says enviously that he wishes to hop like the Kangaroo to be able to roam the world. Instead he leads a boring life in the disgusting pond.
He then requests the kangaroo to let him ride on his back. The Duck promises to sit quiet and still throughout the day and utter only ‘Quack’. They could visit far off imaginary lands like the ‘Dee’ and the ‘Jelly Bo Lee’ by going great distances over land and sea. He begs the Kangaroo once again to give him a ride.
The Kangaroo replies that he needs to give some thought to the Duck’s request. It would probably be lucky for him to give the Duck a ride, but he is skeptical about one issue. He gathers courage to tell the Duck that his feet were wet and cold. This could cause discomfort and might even give the Kangaroo rheumatism and joint pain.
The Duck has already found a solution to this problem while sitting on the rocks. He has bought four pairs of woolen socks that fit his web-feet well. He has also bought a cape and would smoke a cigar daily to keep away the cold. He has planned all this just so he could accompany the Kangaroo who was dear to him.
The Kangaroo says he is ready to undertake the journey with the Duck in the dim moonlight. He requests the Duck to sit steadily on the tip of his tail for good balance. They go around the world thrice in leaps and bounds. This makes both of them very happy.
