Condition of cleanliness and any specific practice followed in himachal pradesh for conservative of environment?

Himachal Pradesh is one of the main tourist attractions of India. But along with tourists comes pollutants and a lot of litter. To tackle such things, the state government has decided to keep a close check on the disposal of industrial effluents. They are trying to adopt the model of sustainable-economic-Green growth in the state.
