So,
CD  =  AD   =  3.2 cm

And
The angles on either side of the bases are the same size ,
So,

$\angle$ A   =  $\angle$ B   = 75$°$
And
$\angle$ C  =  $\angle$

And
$\angle$ B  +  ​$\angle$ C   =  180$°$
$\angle$ C  =  105$°$
And
$\angle$ C  =  $\angle$ D  =  105$°$

now we can construct a trapezium As  :

Step 1  -  Draw a line AB  =  6  cm
Step 2 -  Construct angle 75$°$ at A and at B As (  ​$\angle$ A   =  $\angle$ B   = 75$°$   )
Step 3 -  now take radius of 4 cm and cut the angle ray as take center A than it cut at D and take center B than it cut at C  ( As AD  =  BC   =  4 cm )

Step 4 -  Construct angle of 105$°$ at C and that ray meet at D as CD  =  3.2 cm
