1)Draw a line segment XY = 11.4 cm
2)Draw a ray XL at X making an angle 45 with XY
3)Draw a ray YM at Y making an angle 120 with XY
4)Draw angle bisectors of LXY and MYX intersecting each other at S.
5)Draw perpendicular bisectors of SX and SY such that they meet XY at T and U respectively.
6)Join ST and SU.
Thus STU is the required triangle.
