conversation topic on some students are having a fight in a playground with your partner discuss
i)what could be done to pacify them
ii)how you can pursuadethem to be more tolerant(mutually understand)each other.

Me: What is the matter?
My Partner (C): There has been some disagreement in the playground with A and B in the playground.
A: C is not following the rules of the game and it amounts to cheating.
B: I agree with A. C rarely comes to play and whenever he plays he makes his own rules.
C: I did not mean to spoil the game. I simply did not know the rules properly.
A: That is not our fault.
Me: You guys have carried the fighting from the playground to the classroom. Tell me, C, did you know the rules before you started playing?
C: (sheepishly) Not exactly.
A: We decided on the rules last week but he did not turn up. He simply came and confused the whole matter today.
Me: Now, when you know that he is not a regular player you should have made the rules clear to him. Is it not?
B: That we should have done, I guess.
Me: And C, when you were not sure about rules, why did you not ask them clearly before the game started?
C: That was surely my fault.
Me: Now A, Both C and B have admitted their individual faults. I think you should be more tolerant when you know you have taken in a player who is not a regular player with you guys. You should have spoken with him clearly instead of picking up a fight. The matter would have been solved there at the playground.
A: Yes, I now realise my mistake.
Me: There is no harm in admitting one's mistake. Always be clear from your end whenever you see a confusion going on. This will help you in future as well.
