(b) She said that when she had been a child she wasn?t afraid of ghosts.

(c) She said that when she was a child she hadn?t been afraid of ghosts.

(d) She said that when she was a child she wasn?t not afraid of ghosts.

I think all 4 options are wrong as it shud be she said that when she had been a child , she hadnt been afraid of ghosts....
