your answer:
1) You can take printout of pictures of state's flower, tree, fruit and animal etc. along with the state symbol of Meghalaya and paste them creatively with a placard beside on which you can write a few information/details about that particular tree or flower whose picture you are using.
2) You can take a colored printout of a picture of a tree of Meghalaya (huge size) and use it as a base and place all other symbols like flower with information placard at one place and animal near the stem with the placard and fruit on the branch with placard, etc and can place the state symbol on the trunk as if denoting the state symbol holding the tree firmly.
