Dates palms are seen only in deserts. Why?
Dear Student
Traditionally date palm trees have been cultivated or found naturally growing in warm regions. These trees do not need a lot of water and can survive in very high temperatures as well. They usually obtain water from under the ground and are often found in regions close to oasis so as to fulfil their minimum water requirements. As they thrive in high temperatures and arid areas, deserts act as perfect areas for date palms.
