Dear Head Academics,

I, H Acharya, guardian of your student Bijaya Acharya, Class-8, Mothers Public School, Bhubaneswar, writing to you, to seek urgent SOLUTION to a long pending problem, that has no been resolved yet by your staff members.
We face a peculiar problem, every Friday and Saturday evenings when trying to attend the English Grammar online classes. While starting the class, the computer shows error no. 2032, and i cannot attend the class further. The degree of support from your staff to help in this situation is not SUFFICIENT. You will have to accept that ALL are not equally computer-savvy to solve such issues. For example, yesterday I was told to download TeamViewer v9, and give details. But I tried many times to load v9, but failed. I think, your staff could have given a dedicated link to the proper download for v9, to have a smooth download. But they did not help.
The main question is: Why should we face such compatibility issues only for English Grammar classes, and not for accessing other classes? Can you not sort out this problem?
Kindly look into this problem, and help us out, knowing that we are not SO computer savvy.
