Define chemically formed rocks

Dear Student,
I think by Chemical rocks you mean Chemically formed Sedimentary Rocks.
A sedimentary rock composed primarily of materials formed directly by precipitation from solution or colloidal suspension (such as by evaporation) or by the deposition of insoluble precipitates (such as by mixing solutions of two soluble salts).
Examples of such rocks are gypsum, rock salt, chert, or tufa.
I hope this solves your query.
