Describe an activity to show that melting of wax is a physical change?

Physical change is defined as change in color,state and smell etc of particular substance Melting of wax is considered as physical process due to change in state of substance i.e. from solid to liquid which can be observed with a naked eyes.

Activity showing a physical change for melting of wax :

Melting of a toy made up of wax. Take a toy made up of wax and heat under a flame of burner. After sometime you will observe that toy tends to melt into liquid form lose its original identity .Thus melting of toy made up of wax is a physical change.
