Describe the young seagull's experience of First Flight. (5 marks)


The young seagull was unaware about his innate and natural flying skills. He was scarred of flying. Therefore, his family members hatched a plan to make him fly. Their plan bore fruition and he successfully completed his first flight. Initially, he was petrified while attempting the flight. He cried out in fear. However, eventually his innate flying instincts took over and he learned to trust his wings. Soon, he lost fear. He soared high in the sky and felt excited. He shrieked shrilly. In fact, he performed all kinds of aerial manoeuvres. He flied over the vast expanse of the sea, over ridges, etc.
