Did washing eyes ejects out lactic acid formed during straining them?So where does this acid goes when we don't wash our eyes just only close them for sometime?

​​​​​​Yes, washing eyes can eject out the lactic acid formed during staining .If we close our eyes in the presence of acid in the eye then the acid get eliminated or excreted by the action of tearing in the eyes even when the eyes were closed.
