Capital goods are those durable goods of producer during the accounting year which are capable of being used for producing The Other goods are called capital goods like plant machinery equipments etc. there are for long period and have high value whereas capital stock is the no. of common & preferred shares that a company is authorized to issue according, to it's corporate charter.
