Flagellum Flagellin
Flagellum is the hair like appendage which helps in locomotion in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. 
Flagella has three parts: Filament, Hook, Basal body.
It is a globular protein present in the filament part of flagellum.
It is arranged in a hollow cylinder.
