On the other hand, Net factor income to abroad is the excess of the amount paid to foreign nations in return of goods & services availed from them​ over the amount received from foreign nations for goods & services provided to them.

In short, 

Net factor income from abroad = factor income from abroad - factor income to abroad
                                                  Or
Net factor income from abroad =    -(Net factor income to abroad)
