Differentiate between churning poor and occasional poor.

Dear Student
Churning poor are sub - categorised under transient poor, they are those poor who moves in and out from poverty. Like if they get work they are out from poverty or vice- versa for example- seasonal workers.
Occasional poor are those poor who are rich always but sometime they become poor they are also comes under transient poor.
