differentiate between planning commitionand nitiayog

NITI aayog is responsible for providing strategic directions to various development policies but it cannot allocate funds or impose those policies by itself. On the other hand, planning commission is responsible for imposing the policies and allocation of funds for the same.Also, NITI aayog comprises of two full time members whereas, planning commission comprises of eight full time members.
