differentiate between test cross and back cross?

@Sparsh:- You may refer  to the answer provided by Sumayya, although I would like to add a point in the answer, Test cross determines whether the dominant character is coming from homozygous dominant genotype or heterozygous genotype. Thus it is more useful than back cross.

test cross and a back cross are the same - use a double recessive in the cross.

Reciprocal cross is different - a pair of crosses in which the male or female parent in one cross is of the same genotype or phenotype as the complementary female or male parent in the other cross.

BACK CROSS.

a cross  b/w  F1 hybrid & one  of the  two  parents  is called back cross.

TEST CROSS.

it  is a back cross in which  F1  hybrid  is  crossed with  the  recessive  parent.
