Evaporation is a process by which water changes from its liquid state to gaseos state.
Some uses of evaporation are:
1.Earthen pots used to cool water in summer.
2.Wet handkerchief used on forehead of a person having fever.
3.It is used to concentrate food like to make condensed milk.
4. In pharmaceutical industry to remove excess water from drugs.
