The army of Gengis Khan was the most powerful of the times which was based on the decimal system which lead to grouping in the army as per the number like 10,100,1,000 etc.Socially his army was diverse which included Persians ,Turks ,Chinese   and inter-ethnic grouping in army was done which were meant to show higher level of obedience in the army.The soldiers were awarded on the basis of bravery on the battle fields instead of inheritance which was put to an end by Genghis Khan.
