Distinguish between zinc chloride and magnesium chloride by chemical test

On adding sodium hydroxide to the given solution of zinc. The product is a solution, forming zinc hydroxide. Whereas on adding sodium hydroxide on Magnesium chloride, the solution becomes miky, as Magnesium hydroxide is sparingly soluble.
