step 1- draw a line segment AB 9.2 cm
step 2- frm point A draw a ray downwards making an acute angle (1+3=) 4 cm n locate points A1, A2 n so on
step 3- join A4 to point B n now through the point of A1 , draw a line parallel to BA4 ( by making angle equal to angle AA4B
C is the point diving the line segment in the ratio 1:3.
